HITTING THE STREETS OF BIRMINGHAM

Jamaican Twist supported the Birmingham Caribbean Festival, the yearly three-day food festival at Centenary Square, one of the most prestigious venues in Birmingham.

There was a wide range of Caribbean food on offer from Jerk to Roti. The smells were amazing. They had a range of other stores selling Caribbean arts and crafts. Entertainment was not only provided by Jamaican Twist and one of our very own DJs "Bad Anju" but also a range of local Birmingham talents. The festival is going from strength to strength.

Wyardie with his natural humour introduced our girls, who put on a show, which many commented they had never seen before in Birmingham. We had many requests to book costumes for Notting Hill but unfortunately it was too late for anyone from Birmingham to book for 2016. Our Advice is to book early for 2017. T-shirts packages are still available and flying out of the shop.

Next stop Manchester carnival - 13-14 August 2016
