Jamaican Twist 2018 Theme
Jamaican Twist will be paying tribute to Buju Banton’s ground breaking album “Til Shiloh “
Til Shiloh released in 1995 was a very influential album, highlighting his move from Dancehall music to reggae roots and also his transformation to Rastafarian.

Til Shiloh successfully blended conscious lyrics with a hard-hitting dancehall vibe. The album included hit songs such as Champion & Untold Stories.
Untold Stories" won Buju Banton many favorable comparisons to the late Great Bob Marley. This album had a large impact on dancehall music and proved that dancehall audiences had not forgotten the message that Roots Reggae expounded with the use of conscious lyrics.
Buju contributed his hit song “Wanna be loved” to the Red Hot organisation & Red hot series to raise money and awareness for Aids
